How to Get an Appointment through MHRS? New Era in Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS)

 

A new system that will solve recent issues with MHRS appointments was announced by Health Minister Fahrettin Koca and has been implemented as of today. The “Confirmed Appointment” era allows patients, hospitals, and physicians to use their time more efficiently.

How Will the New Regulation Work? With the new regulation, appointment confirmation will be required by 8:00 PM the day before the appointment date. This confirmation process will provide significant advantages for both patients and healthcare services. Appointment confirmations can be made online or through the ALO 182 call center.

How to Confirm Appointments? Citizens can confirm their appointments using several methods:

  • MHRS Mobile Application: By logging in through the mobile app, you can view and confirm your appointment details.
  • SMS: You can confirm your appointment by responding to the SMS sent to your mobile phone when the appointment is made.
  • ALO 182: You can call the call center and confirm your appointment through a customer representative.

What Will Change with the New System? This new system will allow appointments to be used more systematically and regularly. The confirmed appointment system will prevent unnecessary hospital visits and make healthcare services more efficient.
